  • You consent to receive calls and texts at the number provided even if you incur charges from your wireless carrier

  • You understand that message frequency may vary

4.2 Call Recording & Monitoring

By calling any telephone number associated with our Services or receiving calls from us or our Service Providers:

  • You consent to having your telephone calls recorded and monitored without further notice
  • You understand that calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, legal, and business purposes
  • You understand that call recordings may be shared with Service Providers, business partners, and legal authorities
  • You understand that call recordings may be retained for up to 10 years or as required by law
  • You consent to the use of call recordings as evidence in any legal proceeding

4.3 Multiple Party Contact

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your contact information may be shared with multiple Service Providers who may contact you
  • You may receive calls and texts from multiple parties regarding your service request
  • Each Service Provider operates independently and may contact you according to their own practices

4.4 Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent to receive calls and texts at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any text message
  • Requesting removal during any telephone call
  • Sending a written request to our mailing address

Please note that revoking consent may not apply to Service Providers who have already received your information, and you may need to contact them directly to stop their communications.

Virginia (VCDPA)

Colorado (CPA)

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing.

Connecticut (CTDPA)

Connecticut residents have rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing.

Nevada

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain "covered information" as defined by Nevada law. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

Appeals

If we deny your privacy rights request, you may appeal by contacting us. We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list. To be added to our Do-Not-Call list:

Please note:

  • It may take up to 30 days to process your request
  • By initiating contact regarding a service request, you consent to receive communications related to that specific request
  • Your request may not apply to Service Providers who have already received your information
  • Service-related, transactional, and legal communications are not considered marketing calls

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. This Policy applies solely to information collected by us.

15. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
